About Earnings Prism
"Refracting the noise to reveal the signal."
Earnings Prism is an AI-powered financial intelligence platform designed to bridge the gap between complex SEC regulatory filings and actionable investor insights. We monitor 4,000+ US-listed stocks — including full constituents of the S&P 500®, NASDAQ 100®, DOW 30®, and Russell 1000® — delivering real-time intelligence the moment it hits the SEC EDGAR database.
Our Mission
To democratise real-time regulatory intelligence so every retail investor can make fully informed decisions — independently. Business channels decide what gets called "breaking news." Smaller companies rarely make headlines at all. Not everyone has access to a Bloomberg terminal or a Refinitiv subscription.
We exist to close that gap. We source everything directly from SEC EDGAR® — no third-party media, no intermediaries — and surface the facts that actually move stock prices, before they become mainstream news.
What We Track
📋 SEC 8-K Filings — Real-Time Corporate Events
The 8-K is the "breaking news" of Corporate America. While companies release 10-Qs and 10-Ks on a predictable schedule, an 8-K is used to announce unscheduled, material events — M&A activity, CEO/CFO changes, bankruptcy filings, major legal outcomes, and financial restatements. The SEC requires companies to file within four business days of a material event. We monitor EDGAR in real time and generate AI-powered summaries instantly, covering 4,000+ US-listed stocks across every major index.
📈 Form 4 Insider Trades — Follow the Smart Money
A Form 4 is filed by company insiders — CEOs, CFOs, board directors, and major shareholders — whenever they buy or sell shares in their own company. The SEC requires filing within two business days of the transaction. When an executive uses their own money to buy more stock, that is a powerful vote of confidence. We track Form 4 filings across 2,000+ US stocks, surfacing cluster buys, open-market purchases, and high-value transactions in real time — giving retail investors the same signals institutional traders monitor daily.
🏛️ Form 13-F — Tracking Legendary Hedge Funds
A Form 13-F is the quarterly filing that large institutional investors — hedge funds managing over $100M — must submit, revealing every equity position they hold. We aggregate 13-F data from 10 elite funds including Bridgewater Associates, Citadel Advisors, Tiger Global Management, Pershing Square, and Scion Asset Management. New positions, increased stakes, and complete exits — surfaced before they become mainstream financial news.
Our Data Sources
All financial data is sourced directly from official, publicly available government databases:
- SEC EDGAR — the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system. All 8-K filings, Form 4 insider trade disclosures, and 13-F institutional holdings reports are drawn directly from EDGAR.
- DART (Korea) — the Financial Supervisory Service's Disclosure and Accounting Regulatory Tool for Korean-listed companies.
- AI Summarisation — we use large language models to parse and summarise filing content. All AI summaries are accompanied by a direct link to the original official filing. AI-generated content may contain errors; always verify against the source document.
